Shaun, I agree that's it's upsetting that classified docs were found in an old Biden office. Merritt Garland has already appointed a (Trump appointed) judge to decide whether charges should be brought. There is a big difference between the immediate admission of the documents by Biden's people who found the documents to the National Archives. Trump was asked numerous times to turn over documents and turned over only a few at a time, and then when pressed by the FBI hundreds more were uncovered. (after Trump's attorney had signed off that all had been returned to the National Archives) The cases are not the same. This does not mean that Biden is not culpable, but it means you did not report the full situation here. If they are both guilty they should indeed be charged.
